Where I suggest to give clients and staff a higher visibility in Management Committee, subordinate risks, costs and rules to business development objective and rediscover Private Banking DNA to recombine and reinvent future.<\/h3>\n

Alors que la place financi\u00e8re suisse conna\u00eet une transformation majeure, le discours dominant porte sur les risques, les r\u00e8gles et les co\u00fbts. Et tout ceci est trait\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re assez nombriliste et culpabilisante, entendez par l\u00e0 Suisso-Suisse, voire parfois Genevo-Genevoise.<\/p>\n

On entend paradoxalement peu parler des clients et des collaborateurs. Ceci est \u00e9tonnant pour un secteur de services qui a toujours fait de la satisfaction client son \u00e9tendard.<\/p>\n

On entend \u00e9galement peu parler de la mani\u00e8re dont \u00e9volue l\u2019industrie \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, alors que notre place est traditionnellement une des plus internationales.<\/p>\n

Clients et collaborateurs d\u2019abord.<\/strong> Les besoins des clients n\u2019\u00e9voluent-ils pas ? Les collaborateurs ne sont-ils pas en train de conna\u00eetre \u00e0 marche forc\u00e9e les cons\u00e9quences de changements auxquels ils n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9s\u00a0? Ces enjeux sont-ils \u00e9clips\u00e9s\u00a0? A-t-on encore le temps de s\u2019en soucier\u00a0d\u2019ailleurs ? Au fond, qui parle encore de clients et collaborateurs dans les \u00c9tats-Majors des banques, si ce n\u2019est pour \u00e9voquer les risques et les revenus des uns et les co\u00fbts des autres\u00a0?<\/p>\n

J\u2019occupe le si\u00e8ge certes confortable d\u2019un observateur qui soutient de nombreux acteurs sur ces dimensions Client et Collaborateur. J\u2019ai donc le privil\u00e8ge, rare, de ne traiter de risques, de r\u00e8gles et de co\u00fbts que comme un param\u00e8tre essentiel de toute initiative, mais certainement pas comme l\u2019Alpha et l\u2019Om\u00e9ga de tout projet.<\/p>\n

Mon Alpha \u00e0 moi, ce sont les clients et collaborateurs et mon Omega le d\u00e9veloppement.\u00a0Tout simplement parce que sans clients ni collaborateurs, toutes les autres pr\u00e9occupations disparaissent.<\/p>\n

Je crois en une place financi\u00e8re suisse o\u00f9 les actifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle internationale depuis des d\u00e9cennies. Pas pour son secret bancaire et les reproches qu’on lui oppose, mais parce qu’\u00e0 la faveur de la gestion du tiers de la fortune offshore mondiale, une expertise unique s’est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Red\u00e9couvrir cet ADN, le revendiquer et le recombiner pour se r\u00e9inventer sans se renier permet de relever les d\u00e9fis actuels, sans timidit\u00e9, ni arrogance, mais avec d\u00e9termination… et vite si possible.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n

Dans cette chronique, on traitera donc de d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019affaires par l\u2019orientation clients, le d\u00e9veloppement des collaborateurs, l\u2019int\u00e9gration du digital. On traitera aussi de la gestion de patrimoine \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger\u00a0: aux \u00c9tats-Unis, en Europe, en Asie, au Moyen-Orient.<\/p>\n

Une vision donc r\u00e9solument positive et constructive sous une perspective diff\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n
