alavise’s mission is to enable development and transition,
Jean-Charles Neau founded alavise to support business owners and managers in their critical plans in the digital era.
What does alavise stand for?
alavise is the french acronym for “acting at the speed of soundness”: giving a meaning to action is our priority to mobilize forces and enable change.
Then we add tact, diplomacy, empathy and sensitiveness to project environment.
Why alavise?
Because what is very often missing is not ideas, but rather time and resources to bring them to life, while overcoming internal obstacles. Dedicated and multidisciplinary approach is key and so is coordination.
At this point, you may need a wise accelerator.
In short, alavise creates and manages the best project team that will exceed your expectations.
Founding Principles
alavise is based on a few beliefs and founding principles.
In any company, there is nothing more important than clients, just because if they disappear all other issues will disappear with them.
And, by the way, everyone is a client: external clients, internal clients, partners.
Most difficult thing in any project is to manage resistance to change: alavise believes things happen because we define and communicate a purpose that makes sense to all stakeholders involved. Most mobilizing purpose is usually defined around clients and market needs.
By definition, when we face complex problems and innovate and go into new territories, inherited knowledge is far less relevant than networks, connected imaginations, adaptability, entrepreneurship and inner conviction than “together, we can make it”.
Exceptional results always come from multi-disciplinary teamwork. Teaming with subject matter experts is part of alavise DNA.
Innovation can be brought to life only thanks to strong and dedicated project approach detached from business as usual (yet carefully aligned with it).
