Main themes discussed are : One to One Enterprise, Client Relationship Management in the non technology sense (CRM), technologies to raise the bar on sales and marketing effectiveness.

This lecture was hosted by The Geneva Development Office in… 2005!

Since then, Big Data and Digital are in everyone’s mouth. However, key concepts and underlying customer-focused strategy have not aged at all.

It is even more important than ever to digitize and differentiate in the long run.
